Who We Are
“As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.” — Proverbs 27:17
At Frazier Support Services, we empower families with the tools, knowledge, and guidance needed to achieve lasting transformation. We believe that every family—regardless of their past challenges—possesses the strength to heal and the potential to thrive. Every child holds the promise of greatness, and with the right support, that promise can be fulfilled.
Founded with a vision to strengthen, educate, and restore families, Frazier Support Services stands as a beacon of hope and growth throughout Southeastern Wisconsin. Our mission is to shape the next generation of leaders through high expectations, compassionate accountability, and unwavering faith in each individual’s ability to succeed.
Our Approach
Frazier Support Services operates from a trauma-informed, family-centered, and culturally responsive framework. We understand that family challenges rarely exist in isolation; therefore, our approach is holistic—addressing social, emotional, educational, and environmental factors that influence family well-being. Our team works collaboratively with community partners, schools, and county human service agencies to provide programs that are both practical and transformative.
Core Service Areas
- Family Strengthening and Resilience Training: Through programs such as Family2Family, we equip parents and caregivers with the skills to create stable, nurturing homes and build intergenerational resilience.

- Residential Care and Wraparound Services: Through Peace of Mind Group Home, FSS offers a safe, supportive environment for adolescent boys, integrating academic support, life-skills training, and therapeutic services to promote healing and personal growth.
- AODA and Behavioral Health Support: Families and youth receive prevention, intervention, and recovery support through individual and group-based education and coaching.
- Community Outreach and Education: We collaborate with schools, faith-based organizations, and local agencies to deliver workshops, family engagement events, and resource navigation assistance that strengthen community ties.
Our Commitment
Frazier Support Services is committed to promoting dignity, equity, and empowerment for every family we serve. We believe true transformation happens when families are given the opportunity to discover their strengths, build their capacity, and participate as active contributors to their communities.
Partnership and Collaboration
In pursuit of our mission to build strong families and healthy communities, we collaborate with county agencies, educational institutions, and community partners to design and deliver programs that address the essential, developmental, and enrichment needs of children and families alike. Our evidence-informed practices ensure that each program aligns with state and federal standards while maintaining the compassionate heart of community service.
